Charles runs entirely client side. Your admin does not have to give you permission. http://www.charlesproxy.com/ It will decode the Flex Remoting data and tell you about all the back and forth communications. I see (saw) this as a critical tool in any Flex developers toolbelt. I cannot imagine working on any Flex app without it.
