The first meeting of the Atlanta Flash & Flex User Group is tomorrow evening. We are set to begin at 6:30 pm at the FusionLink offices. If you needs directions, simply go to http://www.affug.com/directions.cfm There will be pizzas and drinks available as well as door prizes. There are no fees or costs to attend, simply show up. Adobe has just recently recognized the group last week and we're listed on their User Group section. This brings with it some wonderful things such as certification and MAX discounts. There's also a great software deal. Every 6 months, we are allowed to give away one copy of Adobe software that cannot exceed the price of $2100. This is how we will run it. Members who attend every meeting of the User Group from January to June will be enter into a raffle during the June meeting. The winner of the raffle will receive the Adobe software giveaway*. For our first meeting, Precia Carraway's has a great presentation on Flex which will cover the following topics: -Taming the Flex Wizard Shrew -Introduction to Flex Charting -Flex Drag and Drop with ColdFusion So please pass the word along to friends and co-workers.
