Adobe just released the betas for Flex3 (aka. Moxie), the Adobe Integrated Runtime (AIR, formerly known as Apollo), and Flash Player 9. Lots of exciting new stuff! You can find them all on Adobe Labs<http://labs.adobe.com> .
If you're interested at all in AIR, Adobe has also announced a free tour coming to Atlanta on August 14th called the "on AIR Bus Tour". This is an all day event to be held at the Fox Theater and will include a number of notable speakers. You can find more information at http://onair.adobe.com/index.php.
