If you're building flex apps in the background from command line or
build script, you may notice an annoying popup that steals focus,
especially for large projects.
From a coworker, here is a great way to stop that.

Edit compc and mxmlc, add -Djava.awt.headless=true to vmargs
VMARGS="-Xmx384m -Dsun.io.useCanonCaches=false -
Djava.awt.headless=true"
This will help to get rid of annoying pop up while you compile app.
