Finally I am looking for some Flash/Flex UI developers who have experience prototyping visually appealing under tight deadlines to demonstrate concepts to clients. This would be between 80 and 100 an hour. Also we only do 1099's direct with individuals and no corp to corp. If you are really interested in a full time position we offer full time salaried positions after a minimum of three months working as a 1099 and then after that we are open to converting people to full time. Most of our work is in the north east as well as the Washington D.C. metro area but most of our projects are performed remotely so we are open to that as well.
