Kiki, Sorry to neglect you for so long, I've provided similar services to other designers in the past; I just wasn't sure of my availability. I saved your email, and saw that you posted again. I'm a 'Adobe Certified Flash Developer' (notice the quotes) - means I can help with code, but my eye is not design. I know css as well, as I worked for several years doing web development. If you have specific problems, I can give you rates, for little stuff I give education for free.
