One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that shared hosting for Flash Media
applications is a possibility. I don't remember if FusionLink offers this.
But, one company that does is Influxis.

If you don't want the burden of running a server, this is a good option.

You would have to change your call to play().  When dealing w/a live stream,
you subscribe to the name of the stream, instead of specifying the file.
(This is b/c a live stream/video conference will not have a file name.)

You configure the stream on the server as an application, and start it up.
On FMS, it will create a default instance as needed.  I don't remember how
Red5 works.  B/c your requirements seem fairly simple, there should be ample
good examples in the docs.  The biggest hurdle will be getting the streaming
server installed and configured.
