FYI, use ObjectUtil.toSrting() to get a 'dump' of a object.  You should see
the object type too.  If you see Object Object, then you are NOT using typed
objects.  I'm not entirely sure what your stored proc has to do with your
client code.  Have your Flex code pass a typed object graph to your middle
tier and have your midle tier code handle communicating and massaging into
the SP.  Of course this can be done in XML too, I just like typed objects
and Remoting :)
