understanding of SDLC, the QA Tester creates and maintains test plans and
scripts, and carries out hands-on testing efforts both manually and using
automated test tools to exercise software.(Testing Automation is a
requirement, WinRunner/QTP is a plus).

The QA Engineer also creates and updates defect tracking logs and works with
development teams to ensure that all defects are resolved. He/she should
have ability to complete the testing life cycle even under stress times.

QA Engineers work will also include load, stress, and failover, end to end
and soak testing, as well as automated performance testing tools (Load
runner, Jmeter).

Quality Assurance Engineer Skills

• 5 years experience in a software development environment
• 3 years using Mercury Test Director/Quality Center or other Defect
tracking tool
• 3 years experience performing automated testing (ability to debug code a
plus)
• 3 years experience in a web development environment
• Experience creating a diverse array of QA documents. (e.g. Test Plans,
Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports, Data Validation Requirements)
• QA Engineer should be able to test Flash and Flex applications using
standard tools such as Test Director for test case management; CUE, BSCA
experience a plus.
• QA Engineer will be able to create, execute and provide results for test
plans and test cases using standard testing methodologies.
• QA Engineer is responsible for working with the development team and
business users to perform QA testing based on documented business
requirements.
• Prior experience must include testing web services.
• Experience working in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life
Cycle)

Job Description

The candidate for Configuration Manager will be expected to be responsible
for regular builds and release management in development, QA and production
environments. The candidate will support application builds in Adobe Flex,
Java, C and C++. Knowledge is required in Flex Builder, Visual Studio, ant,
make and version control systems.

The Configuration Manager will also be expected to have a broad knowledge of
server applications running in a distributed UNIX environment. The
Configuration Manager will support installation, configuration, tuning, load
testing, product evaluation and deployment of server applications in our
labs and our production environments. The Configuration Manager will be
expected to rapidly become familiar with new third party applications.

Knowledge of the following is a must: BEA WebLogic 9, Solaris 9, Solaris 10,
Web Servers
Familiarity with Oracle and building Open Source applications (such as
Apache) will be required.
