We've been seeing several threads involving the use of Web Services, aka
"Big Web Services". I thought I'd point out a tool I use for testing them.
The Eclipse JEE package, was known as the WTP package pre Ganymede, has a
Web Service tool that is quite usable. Its not the best UI, basically a web
app running in Eclipse. You can point to and save WSDLs. Once you load a
WSDL, the methods available with return types are listed. Simple click on a
method and you can build the arguments to pass to it and moh go and call the
Web Service.

I'll note that Web Service is mentioned here, not web service. web services
are commony known as RESTful web services now days and are not supported in
this tool.

Perhaps someone else has a recommended tool for this?
