Henry, The Flex Learning Path for Designers has a "get inspired" portion (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/learn/learningpath.html#type=role&role =desdev&goal=Build%20a%20basic%20application&task=1.%20Get%20inspired). It has many examples that you can check out. There is one on the Mini Cooper that is pretty cool, and one about Yacht management software that is pretty neat too. - N8

In this case it was just for my personal information regarding what has be done with FLEX. In the case of a company, it would be good to see running examples.
