Teddy, what exactly do you mean by that? Shouldn't the JDBC drivers be able
to deal with the InnoDB database type?

(and why are we doing this on AFFUG and not ACFUG?)

What version of MySQL are you using?  I believe 5+ is InnoDB storage only.
