Are you always talking to the same host either: 75.75.75.75 or 10.10.10.10? Do users behind the firewall get the same problem vs. users in front of the firewall? Does you DNS resolve to 75.75.75.75 or 10.10.10.10? Could there be a problem in with reverse DNS?
