We are looking for a Flash/Felx Developer. Are you or anyone you know

jobdescription:
Concurrent is looking for a Web Applications Developer to design,
develop and deliver RIA streaming media web applications, with regular
tasks to include: Prototyping of concepts to proof of concept Design and
development of source code and module design using implementation of
coding standards that meets or exceeds the intent of the design of the
application. Unit testing and integration testing for functionality and
limits. Somewhat complex bug verification, release testing and beta
support for assigned products. Research problems discovered by QA or
product support and develops solutions to the problems. Requirements
include: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or
equivalent Minimum 5+ years of experience developing Web Applications
Familiarity with Web Page layout and design Experience with streaming
media technologies Demonstrated knowledge of the technical skills and
knowledge required with respect to developing Rich Internet Applications
(RIA) including; Adobe Air, Flash, ActionScript 3 and/or Flex, XML
Familiarity and experience on both the Linux and Windows operating
systems. Strong understanding of OOP concepts, and design patterns
Strong analytical and design skills Must have excellent organizational,
interpersonal and communication skills Must demonstrate the willingness
and capability of multi-tasking by taking on several duties, tasks,
projects and/or responsibilities at one time Must be capable of working
independently or as part of a team Must be capable of contributing new
ideas and methodologies as appropriate Desired: Knowledge of Flash Media
Server Experience designing and developing Web Services Experience
developing Java J2EE applications Ability to communicate complex
technical details to a non-technical audience Familiarity with writing
Technical Specs Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Experience in
the following technologies/domains a plus: Rich Internet Web
Applications Microsoft Silverlight development, Microsoft .NET 3.x
(WPF/XAML) Mobile Applications in WML, Windows CE, Microsoft Windows
Mobile, Flash Lite, or J2ME
