Eric, form your previous emails and this one I don't think I understand your use of the term 'framework'. Do you mean server middle ware or what? The term framework in our vernacular refers to the approach used in coding the application. With respect to Flash/Flex, unless the developer/owner tells us what framework they used, there is no way of knowing, short of decompiling the swf.

Also of note, both the SWFs at the below URL are not Flex based
