I'm not quite understanding the link you sent -- that seems to deal with PHP, which I'm not using... Maybe I'm missing something, but saw nothing called "shareprinting" in the comments on that page... Sorry.
And, yes, we are using ColdFusion... Version 9, actually. Not real sure if PDF printing would work for us or not... From what I've read, there are ways around the pop-up dialog box with PDF printing, but only if you're sending the job to the default printer. I need enough control to be able to tell the computer which printer to send the job to, based on the client's data. I'm thinking (hoping) that AIR (or something else) will give me that kind of control. L.
