I have not updated the Flash Player recently. In the Menu I have a choice Run->Run->index or other. If you've recently updated, I'd start there. The debug version is available with a little hunting at adobe.com. http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html You can also check your launch url from the Run>Run Configurations menu. Also remember that if there is an error at compile time the swf file may have been erased.
