The Flex developer will be responsible for the following: - Develop custom Flex components - Develop a library of common, reusable components in Flex - Contribute to architectural decisions - Work directly with customers to determine specific requirements and refine specifications - Evaluate developed solutions and determine improvements to address reliability, scalability and performance. Key Requirements: - Must have hands on experience in building flex applications - Solid OOP and software design ability - Experience working with Adobe Flex frameworks such as Cairngorm or Parsley - Experience with BlazeDS is a plus Desired Skills & Experience - Must have at least 3 years of Flex development experience - Must be a US citizen Additional info: Candidates outside the DC area should plan on about five travel days per month. Compensation includes two weeks annual sick leave, two weeks annual vacation leave, 100% of health insurance costs covered by company, an annual bonus, and, of course, a salary based on experience.
