I'm not sure there are many spanners flying.  It seems everyone (a)
wants the GBN to be a robust supporter of Free Software Businesses and
(b) is contributing ideas.  While some material generated might revisit
old ground, surely useful material is also being contributed for the
consideration of FSFE Team etc.
