In general, I think moral rights provide something different to the idea of of FDL invariant sections, and work differently too (since the FDL is a copyright license). For example, while dedications and acknowledgements are appropriate to maintain (imho, obviously ;), moral rights allow you to _disclaim_ your credit to a work where you feel it's derogatory. That's sort of the inverse of the FDL requirement. They're also not universally recognised: they may or may not exist, and may or may not cover certain types of work (e.g., in Europe moral rights can apply to literary works, but in the UK they don't apply to software).
