Thanks Torsten, those are useful links. The use cases are: anything that would improve engagement with voters, and better inform elected representatives - I don't really know what would turn out to work.
I think that adhocracy would be a good starting point; particularly as it blends the degrees of participation and encourages personally controlled participation for those who cannot make a fuller commitment to local groups but have an interest in the issues their address. Current models of engagement require a high degree of participation or no participation, and make consultation with those who can't easily participate a slow and expensive process. thanks very much, Sam On Tue, Feb 28, 2012 at 2:32 PM, Torsten Grote <[email protected]>wrote: > On Tuesday 28 February 2012 14:52:58 Sam Liddicott wrote: > > I therefore think it was to consult here and ask what systems for > > collaboration and engagement are known to readers of this mailing list, > and > > what experience (if any) do readers have with such systems. > > What exactly arre the use cases that should be covered? > > My first thoughts are: > http://liquidfeedback.org/ > http://trac.adhocracy.de/ > > Torsten > > _______________________________________________ > Discussion mailing list > [email protected] > https://mail.fsfeurope.org/mailman/listinfo/discussion > >
