Hi Sam, I don't know SVN. Do you mean Apache Subversion, a software versioning and revision control system? If you are talking about it, I will read how does it work. I would have been interested in helping write the HTML version of the letter, but I'm not sure I would have had enough time. Etherpad did work as an authoring tool for me. If FSFE had guidelines for writing letters like this, I would have wanted to read it.
