Hi there,
I just had a look at my old posts. And yes, I am just reading http://www.oreilly.de/german/freebooks/gplger/ as an introduction and it turns out for me as a any laws dilettante that these Free Software phenomena are rather civic contracts embedded in the territorial laws such as
-copy right laws,
-patent laws and yes
-contract laws. Example: cigarette automate.
So if someone wants to get expert in the field of evaluating free software contracts, as gpl, then one can recur on the usual study material available for such uni courses first, no? After that stick some spicy international law schemes in it, that's all, ready would be the first self defined free software lawyer and:
-capable free software propagandist
, right?

I think the point in here is the crime of professions' excluding market protection of which especially the lawyers guild is traditionally guilty. Especially here in Germany. So it is questioned if free software propagation, which includes the propagation of its knowledge, is hindered effectively by this protective antiliberal corrupt mindset governing in society, so as well in our circles.
One should or could scan the available material, speeches and so on for being infected be protecting their consumer simply from recognition - and as a result try to heal the mistake cause it is against our_ aims.

These are the two pence for a beginner from a beginner.

Thank you for misunderstanding.

Thank you for your answer, Cezary Drak,
I in turn might feel interested to ask of what exactly consists your_ interest, do not I? - as you are up to now the first person I get awareness from who does.
Is the point just that that there is sort of a "early-offended not-done-that-before-guilties-would-protest"-taboo-problem?
Regards

 Hello,

First of all it is very interesting topic. As I don't have much
knowledge in this field I can only answer questions you asked:
-The license texts themselves (Where, What, Which) and the ‘spirit
of the license‘ (Where, What, Which) are worth studying.
I think the best starting point here is FSF's License List[1]. One
have to know what license is about and if it can be considered as free
license to state if "case abc is compliant to free license xyz". And
FSF's List is very good summary on this topic with links to most
 licenses.

 Regards,
 Cezary

Hi there, first the question: How could one check/prove/study if
case abc is compliant to free license xyz? Or:Is there any material
posed for self study such things, e.g. in order to prepare for such
discussions? I mean as in any other legal areas? “Rules-of-thumb
for laypersons” or some “schematic checklist as usually provided
for any-laws’-students” that is I searched for… Or: how can one
start becoming legal adviser of fsf?

background of it: This problem is a layer of a bundle problem
discussed previously in the chat and then it was said to ask it
  here on the list:

Here you can see the status quo of my investigations.
So netiquette conform I need to ask one layer by one, starting with
this. Tia -------- End of forwarded message --------
