Also, see http://www.cndc.org/ Seems like what we need is a fiscal sponsor, that is another organisation that already has 501(c)(3) tax status under which umbrella we operate. Kinda what we wanted from the corporate sponsor except that the organisation would then have to seek its own 501(c)(3) tax status from the IRS.
