* Mitel handed over the e-smith forums and documentation to the community
* At that time Jeff Coleman registered the domain name contribs.org and
received all assests from Mitel on behalf of the community
* I myself maintained contribs.org for several years, working with Jeff
* Jeff eventually tried to sell contribs.org to Lycoris. I prevented this
* Ruffdogs jumped in to provide an open source spot and hosting/admin tasks
* Quiet for a loooong time, all small eforts to professionlize failed.
* Ruffdogs left and Shad took over.

Can anyone fill in the following dates for the history ?
e-smith
Mitel
Various things like Ruffdogs/Lycoris etc (they are part of the history
whether they achieved anything or not)
contribs.org
Versions dates :
4.x (e-smith)
5.x (Mitel ? approx 2005 ?)
6.x (contribs.org basd on RHEL 7.3 approx 1 Aug 2006)
7.x (contribs.org based on CentOS 4)

Would like to get a potted history done ASAP please ?
