Hi all,
the title might seem harsh, but to be honest, there are too few editors
in non English languages. Let alone in English. There are 203 editors
registered, but only a very very few actually edit. In whatever
language. So time to 'cut costs'.
The non English pages are way out of date and it confuses new visitors
in thinking their language is fully supported in their language on the
wiki, while it is actually not. We need to establish reliable
documentation, and in my view we lack manpower to establish this in
multiple languages.
Next to that, on a global scale, the defacto standard IT language is
English (It's 2015 today).
I propose we leave all non English pages in place as they are, but we do
remove the language top bar.
I won't touch the subject about languages on the forums yet.
What do you think?
