I have done this, for qi-kernel 2.6.36 [1][2]. Note that this branch is not an openwrt kernel, but qi-kernel with selected openwrt patches pulled. A quick hack to keep my Ben going, really, this should go to board-*.c file instead. I hope I'll figure out how to do this properly and kill this branch soon.
