Hi Yi,

the applications page is very neat indeed. Exactly what we need to give
people a reason to buy a NanoNote. 3 comments from my side:

 - Most of the screenshots are *fake* given that they show a color
terminal, although gmenu2x currently disables colors on the first
console (fix it by removing the setfont command from /usr/bin/gmenu2x
script). This may disappoint quite a number of users (and I have
complained many times about that already).

 - Is there a plan to have application-specific wiki pages? Say I want
to add more than one single screenshot for an Application, and more
than a few lines of explanations. Emacs is a good example for an
application one could write a lot about.

 - What about adding zgv, octave, gnuplot (all are missing gmenu2x
starter entries). Jirka made a nice screenshot of Octave in action:

   https://jirkasnotes.wordpress.com/2011/01/10/gnu-octave-on-ben-nanonote/

(@jirka: ok to use that under a CC/GPL license or public domain?)

For the others there are already images in the wiki:

I'd take on adding to the Application page, if somebody added gmenu2x
   shortcurts.

cheers,

David
