Thanks for pointing it out. If it's a plain text file, why not just make a new wiki page out of it? You can enclose the text file with <pre> contents_of_text_file </pre> to preserve all formatting and whitespace, as a quick way to get a text file into the wiki. I also enabled .txt wiki file uploads now, you can try again...
