We should get this posted to hackaday, makezine, adafruit/sparkfun blog, etc. It is definitely news worthy for their audience, and would bring much needed attention to our community.
It doesn't matter if there are some bugs remaining, a lot of the projects which get posted there is a lot worse than that. They actually like half finished, messy, hacky stuff.
