Ever thought about getting a MakerBot 3-D printer?  (see
e.g. http://makerbot.kd85.com/).  Unfortunately they're still pretty
expensive (about 1kEUR) and difficult to setup and operate.

I wonder how many keyboards you'd have to print and sell to break even?
