I came across a super simple program in my desktop G/Linux distro repos
called signalgen, which lets you make a sound from command line. It is
super simple 'beep boop' style, so I think the Ben has enough hardware.
I could not get it to work on my laptop because I did not get how to get
/dev/dsp to output sound but other than that this could be a small start
with electronic "music" on the Ben. This is more of an experimental tool
though.
