A friend uses this USD $389 logic analyizer from Intronix in his lab. How do the specs look? https://www.pctestinstruments.com/logicport/specifications.htm
He also mentioned USD $149 http://www.saleae.com/logic/ which costs less but does less, but (he says) is somewhat easier to use. I.m interested in I2C and SPI and like the fact that Intronix has protocol decoders (may be wrong term) for those protocols. It would be easier to convince my CFO (and spouse) that I should spend less money, but the under $400 cost of Intronix will not end our marriage. That's A Good Thing. --- Ron K.
