The thick lines are the case material, 1 mm thick with double walls on the outside (for the overlap between top and bottom shell. It may be possible to "hide" that overlap, which would allow shaving off 1 mm on each side. We'll see.) The small circles are internal positioning holes in the PCB. The little rectangle is the LED.
