Interesting.  I though for smd boards, it was required to use solder
paste and a mask (to prevent the paste from going all over the board).
How does this method work?  You just add the components and heat it up
to make them stick?  Or do you need extra solder paste or something like
it?  How do you heat it up, with hot air, an iron, or an oven?
