Thanks ! Chromium (version 31.0.1650.63 Ubuntu 13.10) complains about the site with "You cannot proceed because the website operator has requested heightened security for this domain." Fortunately, there's an easy way to get past this [1]: type "proceed" into the page that shows the error. There's no button or input field. Then it will do as it's told and load the video. Does Chrome really not support Ogg or is it just a configuration issue on Ron's side ? Would seem rather petty of Google to do that.
