I am not following all the details of this part of the Werner's hard
work, because no so much free time :(
But, for this question : If the battery needs replacement, I would
prefer to have to do that
like in a hand watch : never for several years.

Now my question because I did not follow all the threads: Is not it
possible to turn
off the device completely so battery lasts longer several months?
Maybe you already discussed that, so sorry for the question if you already did.
