I realize Amazon has a lot of non-free offers and I think RMS has a
personal grudge on the Amazon Kindle, so I guess there is no chance of
us doing this?

P.S. I wasn't able to find out in which European countries other than
Germany and Austria Amazon Smile is available, the link above is in
