It is simply the Fellowship now. The Fellowship is not tied to any
other group. People can be a Fellow without being connected to any of
the other groups you mention. Nobody has to give money to me or to any
of those groups, people can just join the mailing list and put "Free
Software Fellowship" in the email signature.
For example, some people quit the FSFE Supporter program but they stay
in the Fellowship.

Many people report similar problems
The community elected me as representative and my messages were being
censored too. When I wanted to send a newsletter to all the 1500 people
I represented (not all are on the discussion list) it had to be reviewed
by the management. That is not real representation.

There were a lot of unnecessary messages about how to unsubscribe.
People felt they were being spammed with unsubscribe instructions. So I
turned on the moderation temporarily. Everybody on this list has used
mailing lists before and they all know how to unsubscribe if they want
to. 20 people unsubscribed in the first hour without any help so I
don't believe there is any technical problem now.
