I edited http://wiki.librefunding.org/index.php/Survey and added more information and a preliminary set of questions.
I also pinged some researchers I know to help us build a better survey. The purpose is not to reach professional quality, as we are no researchers, but to involve as many researchers as possible to help us build something useful. Also, they may help in spreading the world when needed.
