I have been taken over a failed business in Baja California. I have an
E-1 in Ensenada and another in Rosarito. All the users connected via
D-Link 2100, 900, 624. There are also Alverian (Breeze-net) SA-110
acting as bridges.
This one of the most brain dead layout that I have ever ran into. The
E-1s are on seperate networks. I installed pfSense on both sides,
unfortunately on either side on the LAN side are NAT'd with class C
address. Of course, this makes for poor growth.
My game plan is to implement a semi-Freenet in the two areas. But I
need to come up with a decent migration plan to first bring
unassociated into sync with one another. Both E-1s share a common DNS,
but beyond that, not too much in common.
So is there some document that will guide me in setting up pfSense to
get the best configuration between the two pfsense based router? Any
pointer would be greatly appreciated...
