I know that the inbound NAT works it seems to just be a formatting thing
in the GUI. I amended the bug a little to reflect this. As long as the
ordering of the input is ok all works fine.

Nope, thanks for that description, it makes a little more sense. 
Sounds like I broke NAT with the virtual IP code.  As for the
question.  Yes, should work (if I correctly understand the question)
