I choose the first LAN rule and set logging on for that rule.
pass TCP        LAN net         *       *       8888
The little blue icon comes up.

>From my pc I do:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] sai]$ telnet 216.z.x.c 8888
Trying 216.z.x.c...
Connected to 216.z.x.c (216.z.x.c).
Escape character is '^]'.

I also http://216.z.x.c:8888 and browse the website fine, download stuff.

diag_logs_filter.php is totally empty...it should have logged the
access to port 8888
I reboot the machine. Yesterday logging started after I rebooted the
machine. Today no logging even after reboot...
