I was actually hoping that I could better control the bandwidth... So
if I want to put together different user groups of bandwidth
allocation, I am need to create a rule in traffic shapping to get that
to work. For instance, lets say that the research group need to have
have higher priority than say the administration group. I need to
create one rule for each users and then place them in the traffic
shapper...

Is there an easier way to do that?
