Yeah, I'd be surprised if we see IPv6 support before 2007, really. 
That's a LOT of work and even though US Federal government networks
are mandated IPv6 by 2008 (even that's only at the core), don't expect
the rest of the world to be using it by then.  Some limited parts of
the world, maybe.  I don't anticipate seeing any widespread IPv6 use
on the Internet until at least 2010-2015, and I'm probably being
optimistic at that.  Too much change and too many devices out there
that don't support it.
