There
is already a port of p3scan using pf including the requisite freebsd
packages. It does not currently include the latest (just released late last
week) version of p3scan, but it's there and actively being
developed:

Subject: Re: [pfSense-discussion] ClamAV
First, I would like to repeat myself: I am not still creating a package, for a lot of reasons: the first is that clamav is totally useless if not associated to a program that perform the particular scan. If we cannot find the right software, Clam alone is nothing. In this moment I am working with squidclam, because it is the only program that scans every object you "download" from the net (I am not looking for something that scans only particular kind of files...). But squidclam is a very alpha release, and I am currently working with the developer to help him in porting to FreeBSD (I am only a Beta tester...)
The second reason for not still creating a package is that I prefer spending my time in finding the applications that works with clam... the GUI is not important for me in this moment!
So, help me in finding a good redirector for Squid (or help Jai in developing squidclam), and you will find a Clamav package very soon!
P.S: another program that needs to be ported is p3scan, that works like a charm under linux and ipfw, but (still) not with pf. So, anybody can help me in porting p3scan to PF (and wants to), could contact me, I will explain all the deal....
