I am using pfsense (0.96.2) with WRAP hardware, atheros and hifn 7955. I have a lot of "in errors" on the ath interface. I tested with senao and wistron both a/b/g mini PCI cards and different antenna's ranging from 7 to 12 dbi, buth nothing seems to make any differences and the error rate stays high (2500000 in errors on 180000 in packets). Is this normal behaviour? When using atheros cards on clients, speed is ok, but 2200bg intel clients seems to have some trouble.
