If I were to contribute to fixing this particular problem, what kind of skills would I need? Programming in C, writing PHP, making pretty GUI webpages? I'd like to help, but I do not know how to program, nor do I know PHP, but I have written webpages (yeah, I'm lame)... in notepad. This seems simple enough for me to work on (famous last words, right?) which is why I'm interested in helping.
