Squid and the traffic shaper don't exactly work nicely. I would not
recommend using both on the same device.

I've not seen a single problem, and that's with 300+ users per hour.
What information are you basing this on?

is not working good with penalise ip and traffic shaping for games .....
is this Right or is my idea ?
example if i have penalise 10.200.1.20 to download with 20 kbps
the client who has this ip is downloading with all speed
why other users tell that ? is jut me or not?
my question is i want traffic shaping with squid NO TRANSPARENT in the same
machine. i want just for cashing. is working this or NOT ?
pls clear that is very important.
