And there is AFAIK two headers that can be removed:

Disposition-Notification-To:
Return-Receipt-To:

If any or one is there remove it. According to Rainers link you should
add

Disposition-Notification-To 
Return-Receipt-To

(without the colons) to DIR/headerremove ezmlm file.
